Update on Rose Lodge Filtration Plant

Dear Customers,
For Boulder Creek, after receiving plan approval, we’ve been pilot testing with the miniature version of the plant for about a month.  The pilot test has been going relatively well and we hope to share good news soon.   According to our bilateral agreement with OHA we now have until January 6, 2013 to complete its construction, and an additional 3 months to begin operation of the plant and make sure the water is consistently potable to OHA standards.  These are the requirements we plan to adhere to at a minimum.

For Bear Creek, after ironing out details of matching the water quality with the best treatment media, we are in the process of choosing the optimal method of filtration and requesting approval to proceed from the state.  We are also on our targeted schedule with this plant and are in hopes of having potable water sooner than the deadline agreed to with the State of Oregon.

Please be assured that these projects are still on schedule as we work with the design engineers and construction team.  Thank you again for your patience as we strive to complete both projects in a timely manner.
